I will maintain required coverage and promptly report changes or lapses to Total Protection Films (TPF). To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TPF and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, injuries, property damage, losses, and reasonable costs, including attorney fees, to the extent caused by my negligence, wrongful acts, or omissions, or those of persons I engage, in performing services for TPF. This agreement does not cover TPF’s own negligence or misconduct or waive rights that cannot legally be waived. This profile does not by itself establish independent contractor status.
